At the reservation you can indicate whether you want to make use of the wine arrangement. Instead of wine we have a matching non-alcoholic beverage package.
Due to limited space we only offer tables for two or four persons. If you would like to book a table for an odd number of guests, a surcharge is applicable. Please contact us via e-mail for more information.
On board is a full kitchen, including steam ovens, hotplates and hot and cold drawers. The dishes are prepared at a location of the catering partner and we finish the dishes on board.
A maximum of 44 people can be accommodated in the RotterTram, divided into 2 compartments. In the front compartment there is room for 20 people, in the back compartment there is room for 24 people. We follow a fixed along the most famous sights in Rotterdam. We depend on the availability of the route and the network. When public works or other detours occur, we follow a different route, if necessary. We try to communicate this as much as possible in advance.
The tram is a vehicle in motion, which you also notice during the ride. Our drivers are experienced and trained to drive very cautiously. We also drive a lot slower than the regular trams, which means we carry out the ride as comfortable as possible.
The RotterTram is built in a 1969 tram vehicle. Unfortunately there is limited space in the tram, so we have fixed furniture and there is not enough room for a wheelchair. During renovation, it turned out to be impossible to make the entrance wheelchair accessible.
RotterTram and RET (public transportation provider) have agreed that we can make use of the intervals in the regular timetable. We have constant communication with RET’s central traffic control to ensure safety.
We don’t serve a children's menu in the RotterTram.
The regular heating of the tram comes from the heat that is generated by the brakes. In addition, there are extra heating panels. There is air circulation and the folding windows can be opened.
There is a parking garage under the Erasmus Bridge, close to the point of departure.
